We are sure you will be pleased with your order, however Girlie Things offer a 100 % guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, we offer an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition – the labels must be intact, and items unworn and unwashed. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc are tried on over your underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain items are also excluded from our general Returns Policy for hygiene reasons – this will be indicated with the item information for these items on our website.
Items purchased within the sale are non refundable.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Period
Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and the returned item must be received by us within this time. However, the following exception applies to allow for unwanted or ill fitting gifts:
Christmas gifts may be returned up to 15th January.
Valentines gifts may be returned up to 14th March.
Returns Information
If you have requested a full refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
Please complete the return form and enclose with the returned goods. Please pack in suitable packaging, returning the parcel to:

Please allow 10 working days for your goods to be returned to us. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
Please not the following costs will not be refunded: the initial cost of postage and packaging, gift wrap service, or the postage and packaging costs of returning the items to us.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you to be faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining the problem and original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you for the most appropriate resolution.
